Who is Gary Cole? Gary Cole is an actor who has portrayed many film & TV roles, but perhaps best known for playing the role of Bill Lumbergh (the shitty boss in Office Space).

Who is Sherilyn Fenn? Sherilyn Fenn is an actress who played a seductive and wanton young temptress on Twin Peaks. She also played a seductive and wanton young temptress in Boxing Helena.
Put this unlikely combo together and what do you get?
A magical movie called POP ROCKS! Get it? You will! Tee hee! Oh, you will...

POP ROCKS! focuses on Jerry Harden (Gary Cole), a respectable banker and family man in his 40's, who is about to be haunted by his deepest, darkest secret...he was the lead singer of the biggest heavy metal band of the 80's, Rock Toxin-a group that rocked the charts with their hot hits and crazy face make-up. At the height of their success, Jerry fell in love with Allison (Sherilyn Fenn) and sharply cut his ties to the band without looking back. Now Jerry is offered the chance to reunite with the band for one final concert and a substantial paycheck that would allow him to send his son to private school so he'll stop hanging out with his bad influence, "garage band friends." Jerry convinces himself he can rehearse and perform the concert without ever revealing his former identity to his friends and family. Let the deception begin.

And how could you forget that Sherilyn Fenn also played a seductive and wanton young temptress in Just One of the Guys, whose plot seems much more plausible than this Family Channel flick.

Yes, Cristine, you are so right. Her role as 'Sandy' in Just one of the Guys is not to be forgotten.
Little known facts about Sherilyn Fenn-
-Was at one time engaged to Johnny Depp (but who WASN'T?)
-Her father, Leo Fenn, looks just like Kenny Rogers and people often mistake him for Kenny Rogers
-David Lynch refers to her as, " 5 feet of heaven in a ponytail."
It's a long journey from PLAYBOY to the Family Channel.
